The graduating class of 2024 is full of driven students who have had unique experiences throughout their years at Ï㽶ÊÓƵ. Each student, however, started out in the same way–
From moving in to moving on, several seniors caught up with us to provide an update on how they have transformed throughout their college experiences.
When Connor Bailey fell in love with the city of Washington, D.C, he knew he had to go to Ï㽶ÊÓƵ University. He arrived as a business major from Virginia Beach, VA, Connor with ambitions to play on the soccer team and make a mark on the program.
On move-in day four years ago, Bailey was listening to Young and Alive by Bazzi, watching Game of Thrones, and snacking on Lucky Charms. Now, Baileuhas left his mark on the soccer program as a member of the 2023 Landmark Conference Fall All-Sportsmanship Team and is getting ready to walk across the stage at graduation this Saturday.
Has your major changed?
No. I entered as a business major and will be graduating from the Busch School!
What is your favorite memory from CUA?
Reaching the Sweet Sixteen with my team (in 2022) and making program history. Being on this team has had such a positive impact on me. The ability to succeed alongside them has been amazing!
What is the hardest part about leaving CUA?
Not being able to be a part of the Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Men’s soccer team.

What are your plans for the future?
After graduation, I plan to get a medical device sales job and stay in the Washington, D.C. area.
If you could tell your first-year self anything, what would it be?
Relax, it’s all going to work out!
What are you most looking forward to in the future?
I will be going to Germany with some friends to watch the Euro Soccer Tournament!
